We are offering two different programs this year depending on your grade level.

Junior Knights for grades 3-6

Lil’ Knights for grades K-2

Junior Knights will begin the first week of December (Tuesday, 12/2), and practices will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  These practices are for boys and girls in grades 3-6. Grades 3 & 4 will practice until 7:30, but grades 5 & 6 will stay until 8:00. Last practice is Thursday, March 12th, and our season-ending youth tournament (The Interstate Youth Challenge) will be held that Saturday, March 14th.  In total there will be 24 practice sessions during the season.  Local youth tournaments will be announced but are not mandatory.  We will focus on all areas of wrestling technique as well as physical conditioning to prepare each wrestler to enter our high school system.  The cost to register is $150. A 50% discount will be applied if you have multiple family members to register. All registrants will receive a custom AP Wrestling T-shirt with their name on it.

Lil’ Knights will be held every Saturday beginning on January 10th. Practices will be from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM until March 7th, with our season-ending youth event on Saturday, March 14th.  In total there will be 9 practice sessions during the season.  Tournaments are not encouraged at this level.  We will focus on wrestling-related motion and games at this level.  Very little, if any, live wrestling is planned to take place.  The cost to register is $50.  A 50% discount will be applied if you have multiple family members to register. All registrants will receive a custom AP Wrestling T-shirt with their name on it.

Why football players should wrestle!

The registration link below is NOT FOR YOUTH WRESTLING.  Use this link if you are a parent, wrestler, or fan of any of the high school or modified teams (girls and boys).  Registration will allow us to add you to your chosen team, and then you can view the schedule and be notified of any communications we send out.  

Any returning varsity or junior varsity wrestler is eligible to order a varsity jacket from Jostens.  The cost is $285 for leather sleeves and $225 for vinyl sleeves.  Orders are due by Sunday, 11/23/25
